The Working Process of the Corrugated Paper Making Machine
1. Putting the raw material into pool is the first Kraft Paper Making Machine (a. OCC, Waste kraft paper, carton papers, Corrugated papers… b. wood pulp…)
2. Use the hydrapulper to beat down the fibre into pulp.
3. Screening of coarse impurities with shaker is a good way to make sure the high quality of paper.
4. Adding medicament and chemical to batching box.
5. Then you can get wet paper product with notebooks manufacturing machines.
6. The end exercise book and notebook production process: pressing and drying to get the actual paper through drying machine, cutting machine and packing machine.
